Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use the Shoni Digital website and apps.
Last updated: 17 October 2026. These terms apply to the Shoni Digital website and apps. If you download one of our apps from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies; for Google Play, Google’s terms apply.
Using our apps
You may install and use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. Don’t copy, reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the apps, or use them to break the law or harm others’ systems. With tools such as TinySSH, you’re responsible for having permission to access any server you connect to.
Ads, purchases and subscriptions
Our apps may show third-party ads and may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, including their refund rules. Each app page says how that app is funded.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue an app or feature. We try to give notice where we reasonably can.
Warranties and liability
We aim to provide good-quality apps, but apps are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows, and we don’t promise they’ll be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can’t be limited by law. Subject to that, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data you chose to store on a device or server.
Intellectual property
The apps, website and their content belong to Shoni Digital Limited or its licensors. Apple, App Store, Google Play and other names are trademarks of their owners.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also rely on your local law.
