How shonidigital.com handles personal data: support messages, the email list, analytics and cookies.

Who we are
Shoni Digital Limited, a UK company, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@shonidigital.com. Company number and registered office are set in Settings › Shoni Studio and shown in each app policy.
What we collect and why
- Support messages. If you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, the app you’re asking about and your message. We use them to reply and to keep a record of the conversation (legitimate interests). We keep messages for up to 12 months after the conversation ends.
- Email list. If you join the early access list we collect your email address through our email provider, MailerLite, and use it to send news about Shoni Digital apps (consent). You can unsubscribe from any email.
- Analytics. If you accept cookies, we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service, to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not build profiles of individual visitors (consent).
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and reliability (legitimate interests).
- Your cookie choice. We store your choice in your browser so we don’t ask again.
Who receives data
We share data only with the services that help us run the site: our email list provider (MailerLite), our analytics provider (Plausible), our hosting and email providers, and our professional advisers where needed. They act on our instructions. We don’t sell personal data.
International transfers
If a provider processes data outside the UK, it relies on a lawful transfer mechanism such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, ask for a portable copy and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@shonidigital.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

We’ll update this page if our practices change and show the date above.
